I am a new investor in that I have not done an deals yet, but I have been studying and reading up on investing for a couple of years now. I now am ready to start taking some action. To start, I would like to either wholesale, or buy and flip. I may try to assign some contracts as well. I own a small contracting company, and a small cleaning company. I have two young children (1 & 3) and a beautiful wife. Thank you for the responses!
