This community is awesome. Thank you all for your quick replies and great advice.  I'm gonna try a bank in the next couple of days hopefully that works out.

Any specific banks that yall recommend that work well with first time buyers?

Hello my name is Juan I'm 24 located in Dallas, Tx. I'm new to this website and to real estate business. I'm really looking for buying and leasing. Flipping is also on my mind but that all the depends on the deal. I have some money saved up to but my first investment home but not enough. I went to a credit union to apply for and investment loan and got denied. The reason they said because I don't have no history in no house purchases. My credit score is pretty good (730). So right now I'm stuck :/. What should be my next move trying to get my first property financed? I don't wanna try to apply at anymore banks because I know it affects your credit score.
