Hi Vanessa, yes I guess it must be part of the paid membership. However, I have a bunch of money to spend to buy homes this year and I'm not getting any help in there so I'm not sure how long I'll be a paid member...

I'm new to the community and curious as to the process of purchasing a home that gets emailed to me from the BiggerPockets Foreclosure site. If they show a price of say 165k on that email is that THE set price or can I offer 150k and have a chance of getting it? Also, who do I submit this offer to?

I recently sold an e-commerce company and have some capital that I'm now looking to get involved with real estate. I love Bend Or but live 2/3 of the year in Santa Barbara, CA so I'm looking to meet some other investors out there who know the central Oregon market. Let me know if that's you!

Hey guys/gals! I'm starting to establish my residency in Las Vegas and currently leasing a property at MGM Signature. I would like to start buying in there or Palms and I'm wondering if anybody has any of these and has any advice between the two places or if these seem to be a winning investment? From the research I've done it sure seems like you can't go wrong but just want to be sure...any advice is appreciated!

I'm looking at moving to Las Vegas after selling a company and would like to buy a place that I can live in 1/3 of the year and rent out the rest of the year. Ideally on a nice golf course? Does anybody here know the Vegas market well enough to recommend an area or good plan for this?

Hi Mindy, here is my initial gameplan: I'm going to get a house out in Cave Creek AZ at a golf community to live and wanted to be able to come back to Santa Barbara in the summer time so if I was able to find a place out here in Santa Barbara that I can rent than I would love to do that just for my own purposes. However, for investing, I was considering getting some apartments or just inexpensive properties in towns near Phoenix etc. I'm even wanting to look in Texas and near Augusta Georgia or anywhere else where the market looks like it has a lot of room for growth. After all I'm in this to make money and I don't see myself making a lot of money buying a shack in Santa Barbara for 1M lol. I'm just learning everything right now so I'm excited to dive in. Any suggestions?

Hey All! Just wanted to introduce myself. I just sold one of my companies and I'm ready to transition and invest some of my money into real estate now. Would love to meet others in the community who are also passionate about investing and maybe even find partners to go invest with.
