@Mike S. would you mind sending me a version of your log book for reference? Thank you!

@Tony Nubis this is exactly what I'm looking for as well. Were you able to locate one?

@Sean O'Keefe would you be able to provide me with a copy? Thanks!

Hi Glen, would you be able to provide me with a sample of what your log looks like? Thanks!

Quote from @Chengning Yang:

Does anyone have investor friendly plumbing companies in DFW area for sewer inspection and repair? The house just got foundation repaired, and obviously there’s a leakage at some point. I’ve had a couple of plumbing companies came and quoted me from 30k - 70k to repipe the whole house(2700 sf) which I think it’s insane. I’m also looking for anyone who ever dealt with trenchless sewer relining because it seems like a more affordable way to go.

It’s a 4bed 3bath single level house with slab foundation.

Following you on this as I’m dealing with the same in Miami. The trenchless repair seems like a great solution and it’s cheaper, however, I don’t know the pros/cons of both.

Hey Michael, thanks for your response. I just inherited it a few months ago and unfortunately I can’t move in because I live in Orlando. Any additional suggestions?

What recommendations do you have for insurance on a triplex that's paid off in Miami, FL? As you know the rates in Florida are out of control. Some people have opted for no insurance while others have opted for fire protection only.

Hi Chris, can you send me the video please? Thank you

I’ve received quotes to paint for about $200 but the epoxy seems like a good option as well. It’s about $500 but wondering how well it’ll hold up

I have a tenant moving out at the end of the month and the tub needs some TLC. Nothing too crazy but wondering what will last longer since it’s a rental, reglaze or epoxy?
