@Teddy Smith How did you actually get started with content marketing and cold calling? Where did you acquire the numbers/ leads from? I'm not a shy person. I don't have any issues talking to people over the phone or in- person. The issue lies in my lack of confidence in not knowing what to actually say to them.

@Henri Meli Yes. I'm definitely on a budget and althoughI I'm in debt and can only afford to pay the minimum right now- I make sure to pay on time, everytime. Gracias.

@Jerryll Noorden You are spot on! I am coming up with a 6 month milestone plan asap. Thank you for your encouraging and true advice. I actually did have an LLC ( based in Az). It is now closed though and I currently have an IRA account with a contract that needs updating. I lent 4k on a one year term for a property. The term is up, I contacted the other person but she needs an extension. Doesn't have the money yet. I want/ need to figure out how to write another contract with up to date terms and prices so I can present it to her.

@Daniel Sisto Hi. Right now, wholesaling is what I would like to focus on and some flips. I know Cali can be a tough market but not impossible.

@David Bardwell I have not closed on a property yet. Analysis paralysis, yes, sure and lack of money and direction. I have something pending now, through my Roth IRA ( I lend money) but we need to extend/ revise the contract now because the other person doesn't have the money yet.

@Matthew G. Thanks a bunch. At this moment, larger chunk checks and being active on the field is my goal. Planning and implementation is surely a must.

I started my real estate interest and journey in 2015. I live in Orange county, Ca. I have traveled to seminars and spent thousands of dollars (not at all bragging, quite disappointed actually). I listen to podcasts and join in on webinars (BP and others). I've emailed Realtors and read books. I know ACTION is key - how can I best leverage my time, be disciplined and stay relevant?
