Hello all!

My wife Cindy and I are just getting started. Like many when they get started, we have no money and more information than we can process. We've opened up our LLC, started putting our power team together and even opened up a new Webpage to increase our web presence. We've made a decision to begin wholesaling to get our feet wet and from there, expand into other areas. However, there's SO MUCH information that what we really need is a step by step manual of sorts, or if nothing else, some advice on "what to do next."

We both are professionals (the six figure type), but see Real Estate Investing as our future - in fact, I even went out and got my Real Estate License in preparation for this and have adjusted our lives so we can begin building our business here in the Chicagoland area. Of course, we'll go wherever the business takes us.
