You are asking a great question, based on providing value, so what are you great at?  Finding a true deal and connecting it to a buyer that can get it across the finish line is of immense value.  Knowing what makes a deal and what doesn't can be a challenge.  

Another win for #CollinSchwartz.  Smooth transaction, off-market for full asking price off the first property tour.  Co-listing agent #NateOhlrich gets a big shout our for all of his efforts on the due diligence, and of course we couldn't have done it without the buyer's agent, #ThomasGraeve.  

Omaha is a red hot market right now and we are seeing more and more interest from both coasts as well as Colorado & Texas.
