I need a washer and dryer picked up from my rental and brought to my house for storage. All the professional moving companies want $300 or $400 to move this washer and dryer. Anyone know someone who they could recommend who won't charge so much? It will only be a 30 min. drive from one location to the other.

@Simon W. Is that 3x take home pay or before tax?

I’m trying to rent my first rental house. So far all the applicants are making around $2400-$2700 (take home pay). The rent is $1500/month. Is this a horrible idea to rent to one of these people?

Honesty if you’re living in one side your entire mortgage is being paid by the renter. I’d say this is a great plan for the house hack!

We had our offer excepted yesterday on our first rental. What was one thing you wish someone had told you on your first rental?

@Theresa Harris I hate it how the laws seem to only protect the one doing something illegal.
