This is why I invest in 7e!

It's "Biblical". As soon as allowed by Authorities, We have several Teams going into NC, SC & TN to setup temporary shelters (TH/Fema Trailers), Food & H2O, Chainsaw Crews & Cleanup Crews, Gen Crew (electricians) & Etc.. Please pray for safety & much success. The ILA Strike will effect supplies, is a serious concern.

She's just trying to buy votes and none of this would come to fruition if she got elected. What has the current administration done over the past 4 years to improve things in this country? Absolutely nothing.....so why would it suddenly change if she got elected. It won't....it's all just BS to try to gain votes

It might happen if she gets elected. Is the new agenda. You'll own nothing and "will be happy " according to them. They want control and power, that means owning everything and taking away "freedom" form us.

Total control is what the overlords want.

I just did a search on PropWire on properties that I know well. Values, incorrect (by over $100k's). Mortgage information, way way off. Etc., 100% off on data. 5 properties, so not a "deep dive", But enough to give me concern on this platform. Maybe the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies.

1/ A lot of people are funding deals using hypothecations.

2/ More people doing npn's in NY than I expected.

3/ There are opportunities to table fund seller finance deals.

4/ I suck at ax throwing.

Yeah, but you can hit a 2 iron "on the screws" (so I've heard).

Hello!

I am a buy-and-hold investor who is learning more about investing in notes.  I am interested in recommendations for online courses or books (or other sources of information) that people have found useful.

I understand that notes is a business best learned by doing, but I am trying to lay a good foundation of knowledge as a starting point.

To date, I have read these books:

"Invest like a Bank" by Beaux Blast

" Little Green Book of Note Investing" by Fred Moskowitz

"Real Estate Note Investing" by Dave Van Horn

"Note Investing Made Easier" by Martin Saenz

"Invest in Debt" by Jimmy Napier

"Profiting from Non-performing Mortgage Notes" by Amed Hazel

I welcome any thoughts or recommendations that the group may have.   Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Charley

Tom Henderson has the note calculator course and Bill Mencarow, from PaperSource, has some courses   Those are good programs to begin with

Is Tom Henderson even functional any more? The links on his website to his newsletter archives are all dead, nor does the "Note Store" link work. The date on the currently advertised workshop is 2019.

Alan, I spoke with Tom a few weeks ago. He said he had done the last "Live" training that he was going to do. I don't know about the website but if you go to papersourceonline.com (Bill Mencarow's website). They have a lot of recordings & info from Tom. Hope this helps, Jim

@Chris Seveney You had me at "The Creature From Jeckyll Island". If the American citizen only knew! I've read 5 out of 10. Looking to get the other on this list. Thanks for compiling! Jim
