Hey everybody just wanted to get a few opinions on what some of you do to market on social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc

I'm new in the real estate investing business in Chicago and I'm looking to start my marketing on the big social media platforms so just out of curiosity what kind of content are you guys putting out on these platforms?

Any and all comments are appreciated.

Hey everyone I'm just starting out in wholesaling and I've been doing a ton of research but there was something I would like to know before I dive into it and start taking action Should you create an entity or an LLC before you start your wholesaling or does it hurt if I created one after a deal or 2 to build capital? Also, should I be creating my domains now before I start wholesaling or can I just make a Facebook fan page etc in the beginning and get my domains while I'm making LLC? Any advice would be appreciated

Hey everyone, I just had a question pop in my head and I couldn't find any clarifying answers. So, is it common for a wholesaler to get a property under contract from a different wholesaler? If the price is right and you see an area of profit of course, but do people do wholesalers flip their contracts to other wholesalers? And is the process still the same? Any feedback would be great.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know what some of you think is the most effective marketing technique you have used and why you think this is most effective. I live in the chicagoland area and understand every area has different effective ways but if you have had any particular success in marketing in larger cities I would love to hear about it.
