Sorry for the delay. The duplex is currently available and the units are vacant. Some buyers want to lease the units themselves so we are in no hurry to lease them until we enter into a sale agreement. We are installing new appliances this week and are processing tenant applications now. One unit is a 3 BR with 2 full bathrooms and the other is a 3/1.5

This duplex is near down town Indianapolis close to Butler U, $2 Billion Eskenazi Hospital, IUPUI, Worlds largest children's museum, and tons more. Nice developing area. Appraised for $196k but buyer lost his financing. All new siding, flooring, kitchens.... Everything on or in this home is new. Homes within 2 blocks have sold for over $300k and at this price you have only $87k invested per unit.
