I'm no expert but I would think you could create the entity yourself much cheaper. You can get all the paperwork online.

Post: Advice on class I want to take at university

I have this class I am registered for, "Deeds, Trusts, and Estates" at my school. I really want to take it but It will not advance me in my major. In other words it will be a lot of extra work just for the benefit of knowing it. My schedule is already hard as it is. What do you guys think? Is this critical knowledge to have? Would you take it in my shoes?

Thanks!
