Hello BP fam,
Newbie Jimmy James from Atlanta here, but I have been coming (looking from outside the window) into BP since 08 and after a “serious soul searching” & sitting on the fence for a while, I have decided enough is enough my people!
A little bit about me, I live and work in the Atlanta area…I slave an 8 - 5 J.O.B (Information Technology) that pays the bills but I would not mind replacing It and thus my making the move now…. I have always has a passion for real estate and I’ve decided the time is now… I have been studying RE since 07 and I can somewhat say I know the basics… but I just never made the move..(no deal just yet) but I always has something else going on and I have realized that time is of essence If am going to be following my dreams and replace my JOB.
I must say as an “outsider” for almost four years, I have watched & learned more on this forum than I have anywhere else. I thank you all kindly especially Joshua for always making sure newbies blend with the rest of BP family. I continue to learn & plan on making it “happen” with your help where needed.
I look forward to working with fellow BP users and especially people in the Atlanta area.
Thank you,
Jimmy James
