1-Do I put my companies in here and if so How do you value them?

2-I'm guessing they go into the business interest category?

Ok so I could use a little help now. I'm looking at an off market bundle deal of 148 single family, duplexes, triplexes, and a 9 unit. The owner may be willing to owner finance with a down payment. My questions is where do I start to determine if this deal is a good one or not. it has so many houses in it it is quite confusing. Can anyone please help me as to where to start my analysis.

Can anyone direct me to a lender that will lend on 80% loan to value based on an appraisal, not and aquisition with no out of pocket expense?

Ok can I get some advice on where to start looking for government back loans for multi family!! I'm looking to start putting together my team and take the big step into sizable multi family.
