Does anyone have a good reference for a blanket or portfolio lender? I’m interested in moving four individual loans into one loan so I can access the equity as a whole. The individual loans are each tied to single investment properties with decent equity. Thank you

Does anyone have any experience with blanket real estate loans? I was looking to refi property and someone mentioned that it may be beneficial to move all five of them into one blanket loan. I’ve never heard of this and was wondering if there were any benefits to doing so? -Jimmy
