@Collin Hays  I think deferred maintenance will also become an issue for those who haven't kept up with reserves for new hot tubs, roofs, HVAC, etc.....

We are about 70% Vrbo and 30% ABB now.

We’ve been at it 2 years now and we started out 100% bookings from ABB for the first 6-8 months before getting traction on VRBO. 

We listed on both from the beginning. 

It takes time. Keep workin it!

We use dielectric grease on all batteries in electric locks, garage door opener touchpads, etc in SWFL. This has help tremendously with moisture.

Sounds like you are looking for channel manager software. There are a ton of them out there. We currently use Guesty for Hosts. A lot of people use Ownerez, Hospitable, IGMS, etc. Lots of info out there on these. Best of luck!

@Daniel Murphy you are 100% correct on the batteries recommended are not lithium. We swapped out to lithium over a year ago and see much better battery life. Additionally we have not had any issues. I hope I didn’t jinx us saying that.
