Post: Need partners possible 15 acre tiny home beach community

DE/MD border 15 acre farm, nice area close to the beaches and Freeman Stage, currently zoned as two parcels with 2 nice rentable houses on each plus a barn, public utilities, Sussex County allows under 800 ft structures so I believe it would be an easy expansion adding a small tiny home community, wooded, pls feel free to text me 484-725-8034, thx, Jim

Hello,...has anyone attended the Sussex County DE auctions, or know someone who has?,...I lived in the area for 5 yrs and am looking at properties again and researching the auction list and I see 3 that I could be interested in,...thanks for any info/experience,...Jim

Buying a townhome/condo to rent (i don’t have time to maintain a home) near the PA/DE line, trying to figure which state is better to do so,...DE less expensive but tough tennant laws for landlords. Anyone?
