I am dealing with my first eviction. I have already sent (via ups w/signature required) the notice to quit and now the time frame has ended. Now what? Should I go to my property and ask them to leave? Will the police escort me if I ask them to? So I just go straight to court and file the compliant? 
Any advice would be helpful.
