Yes, I’m contracting still. I’m still heavily involved in government contracting. I found a few houses in north Little Rock that were really cheap so I bought them. I’m not partial to any particular area, just where I find a good deal. You should come and visit, there are still deal to be had. Jacksonville May be a possibility with it brand new school district and new high school.

Wow, still getting feedback after 4 years. Sorry for not following up on prior commitments. Kyle, there are lots of opportunities here in Cabot. The military base, and the Beauty of the area make it a great place to invest. There are several Realitor’s that handle bank foreclosures and neglected properties. From Little Rock to Austin are plenty of investment properties scattered  just about everywhere. Somebody mentioned Paul Thompson, he’s an excellent person to know and possibly work with. Randy Tomlinson is another, and presides over the local ARKREIA. I don’t have anything in Cabot, but I do in North Little Rock.

Awesome rental property in North Little Rock. The neighborhood is primarily all rentals, with plenty of potential renters available. I just purchased the property from the bank and I'm looking to wholesale to investors. A modest estimate for repairs is 10,000. Don't miss this one, I'm feeling kinda like Santa!!!!

Im sorry Eric I forgot to mention it. It's in cabot, the cross streets are 321 & 89. it's in the growing part of cabot it's right by the elementary  and the new aquatic centrr.
