Since we just started we don't have all the answers to all these questions, but we are going to get answers as they are good questions. The house isn't listed yet and finding the HOA documents have been very hard. We hope that the market will support this and we are working figuring that out now. It seems to be a lot of guess work on this because all the rentals are near the Gulf and there is a small lake between us and the them .Lots of golf, 15 minutes to the beach, and 30-45 minutes to Orlando, St. Pete, and Tamp.

Hi Everyone, I just started my journey with my wife to purchase a Condo in Palm Harbor Florida. The condo is part of an estate that I will inherit 1/3 of. We are thinking this might be a great start for an STR. So we are now assessing this to the best we can and we found this forum and are hopping for lots of help here.
