Can I ask why you would want to go that route?  From my point of view, that would be going backwards - I am wondering how I will continue financing properties once I get to 10!!

I talked to a THREE Howard Hanna agents in the last few weeks and they were COMPLETELY unwilling to work with someone out of state.  I thought I had found one (from HH) and spoke to her on the phone for about a half hour one day.  She seemed very upbeat and was willing to leverage the available technology to get the train moving.  However when I talked to her a day or two later see said she had a few questions in to other realtors and was waiting for answers, but that she had changed her mind. Nothing more...

I was very disappointed and am still looking.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I realize the value of a realtor's time and am very cognizant to not set them up on a wild goose chase, but I am looking to add several cash-flowing properties to my portfolio in the next few months

We'll be there
