im out of state investor..looking into dallas for MF or SFH. any recommendation for few reputable turnkey operation in dallas area. dont mnd partner up with some MF deal as well

i also have been checking out  independence zip 64052, and zip 64134 south KC...

been reading BP posting, it seems outside 435 loops and south KC may be best bet investing now

I'm interested in doing out of state turnkey investment and looking in class 'B' properties. Besides turnkey operator saying it is class'B"..How do we vertify the property is indeed class 'B"?
