welcome aboard.  Munster here.  Multi family props are what I do now.  Did a few flips.  Always looking for contacts and might be in the market for a property manager @Scott.  I certainly don't have all the answers but will help with what I can!

Sorry, was on vacation last week and had some truck issues.....the multi-units are in East Chicago and the single family house is in Hammond.

Have a 4 unit, a 5 unit, and a single family home.  Looking to expand - probably more multi units.  Any and all help greatly appreciated!!
