Hello all,

Looking to review & move a property into existing LLC, and also create a 2nd. Any recommendations for good Attorney in Portland, OR to handle this?

why are you opening a bank out of state? why not do like i did, go down to local Credit union and start it up? it was easy

@Brent M., I have been unlucky / lucky. 1st tenant in my ranch home, she left in a hurry and so it was trashed all over, garage, yard. The house inside was trashed, but I think it was her living style. Animals breeding in the house. All carpets were replaced and wall / ceiling paint and floor sealer. Current tenant i served her a notice and she gave 30day notice. Should be out in 2 weeks. Both have not been court battle. 1st tenant I did get collection agency to find and collect my $10k back.

i have been getting late fees from a particular tenant. However I'm done with her lack of communication, and late payments ( about every other month) and will be handing her a 90 eviction notice this week.
