Jim Sheils is the owner and that’s what I like in terms of investing with them. You are in direct contact (if you want) with the owner of where your investment is going. I suggest a due diligence trip to meet them. Their offices are located in Jacksonville. I think maybe in St. Augustine, as well. But, my contact has always been Jennifer Lucero.
