Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

My first BRRRR investment in 08 of Jacksonville, Florida!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I really love what is going on in Jacksonville, and I see a lot of long-term potential for buy and hold investors. Especially in area codes like 08.
