Great Job!!! I wanted to know if your realtor was an investor friendly realtor who understood investment language or a realtor who just happened to get your property assigned.

Also did you need an earnest deposit?

Hello,

I want to know what is the truth on "Earnest Money".

I've heard some investors say that didn't have to pay.

Others said, they only paid $ 10.

One investor paid $1000.

So I guess my question is, who makes the determination of said amount.

Is it the sellers call, or the recommendation of the realtor?
