Who is giving out killer rates right now on jumbo loans? Anyone can refer me to someone? What was your rate? Was it recent? Any creative programs out there? I am in Florida.

Melvin- which lender is that?

With me wanting to stay in the house forever, I wouldn't think ARM would be the best way to go. You know? What would be the most ideal jumbo loan?

Curious - what's the best way to compare rates for jumbo loans? Anyone have a residential lender that does amazing rates for jumbo loans?

David - one more question. For your personally, what kind of returns at this current time would you like to see for this particular type of investment? (I also need to make sure I understand the expense ratios so that I understand the true return as well. (I am so used to stock market investing that this is new territory to me)
