@John Warren - I know Mike has found some garbage removal guys on Craiglist.  He or I will let you know if any of them work out.

Thanks @Ned Carey.  I definitely see your point.  Our issue is that the shape of the counter top is very custom and to replace it would be custom.  Any thoughts on painting it?  Also, we are not replacing cabinets because they are really cool and retro, so we don't want to spend much on the counter tops... we will do a completely new kitchen in 7 - 10 years.

I'm looking for an economical way to update the laminate counter tops in a rental property.  Has anyone out there installed concrete over laminate?  I would love tips, pics or some ideas on the type of contractor who could do this.

Thanks!  Jill

Hi BPers - I'm looking for an inexpensive way to dump some construction debris from a rehab project I have in progress.  I used to use a contractor who could fill the flat bed of his pick-up and dump it for $75 (in the south suburbs I believe).  Anyone know of something similar or a economical solution?

TIA!  Jill

@Josh Mitchell do these deals cash flow?  Where are you finding your deals?

@Josh Mitchell What sort of properties do you invest in?  Anywhere in Naperville or in a specific area?
