I recently purchases a rental in Minneapolis that has a large tree that is literally on the side of the property and currently causing some minor damage. Does anyone have recommendation of companies that have experience removing trees of this nature? Added some images below for reference, appreciate any recommendations.

Hey everyone, 

I am in the process of closing my first property here in Minneapolis and am looking for a property manager to help me manage my newly purchased duplex. 

Ideally this person has experience working with out of state investors, and bonus if they can help manage small projects around the property.
