Welcome to real estate investing. Check out the RICH Club here as it is a member owned REI club that focuses on education and networking. I have been investing since I was in college (buying manufactured homes). I now invest in "subject to" properties and loans. There are lots of multifamily properties here so let us know when you have a deal.
