Hi my name is Jason Powell, I reside in Victorville, California. I have zero experience in investing in real estate. I've acquired some info through the bigger pockets podcast. But have yet to jump in, I'm interested in buy and hold and possibly fix and flip. Honestly whatever my area is prime for I wanna shoot for.
