Any thoughts on investing in apartment style condos? These look like apartments on the outside (3-4 levels, each unit with balcony, outdoor entry into each, parking lot, etc.)?

I've seen some potentially good deals in my area, I'm looking to buy and hold the properties.

Hello BP Family,

I received a letter from PMAC Lending Services saying that the FHA is offering new mortgage programs to homeowners allowing them to consolidate credit card debt into your current mortgage. They're saying I'm pre-qualified to do so.

Anyone have any experience with PMAC Lending? Anyone ever heard of consolidating credit card debt into your current mortgage?

@Heather W. I'd like to be a buy and hold investor that generates cash flows from properties. However, I'm not ruling anything out. But buy and hold is my main interest currently.

You mentioned specialized housing? What other types are there that I can research other than student housing?
