@Jaysen Medhurst Thanks for the reply! I'm looking to BRRRR with an all in cost of $300-$350K, which eliminates places like Greenwich. Areas I am interested in are Danbury, Ridgefield, Fairfield, and Bethel. Will definitely check out the CT forum.
