Welcome to the site!!! It's a great place and I highly recommend if you don't have the time to read and keep up, that you download the podcasts and listen to those. They are a wealth of information and keep you motivated while learning!

I was wondering if there are any apps that help with investing in Realestate. Besides Zillow and those type apps, are there any that help you send and receive pdf files or apps that you can electronically sign for things. Basically I'm looking for any and all apps that people may use to help them with any part of buying, selling, closing or even managing rental claims. Thank you all ahead of time!!

Welcome to BP from another mid Michigander! I am just starting out trying to get my stuff together for hopefully getting my first single family property. This site is great and I recommend listening to the podcasts if you haven't! They are amazing and I usually don't have time to read much haha

Thank you Christopher! I know a few of the laws and I expect to know and adheir to all of them.. But I figured some people just like to sue whatever they can haha so very good information! 

That sounds like a great idea! Thank you for the information. I kept hearing LLC thrown around but did not quite know what it was or what it pertained to. I'm hoping maybe this year I can get things going to were I can finish my basement on my personal house and then get my first property by August. But we shall see.. Thanks again for the info!

I was learning and reading and listening.. And I keep hearing about all the legal things that can bite you in the butt. What are some of the most important legal things you need to know when renting a house out? My dad mentioned I may want to get my business license so if anyone were to sue then it would not hurt me on my personal house and belongings. Granted I hope that would never happen, but you can never be too safe.

have been listening to the podcast for the last few weeks and love it. I have always wanted to get into real estate but graduating in 2008 from H.S. It didn't seam like a safe thing to go into. Now I'm looking towards the investment property side of things and am loving the site.. Just wanted to stop in and say hi! And hope to see you all around 😃
