I use to drive a 98 chevy lumina with 231k miles...had rust, multiple dents, paint was peeling, rearview mirrow dangled from the top and made a loud rattle sound when I drove it...I also had a hitch on it and the trunk was full of tools. Recently just upgraded to a 2005 ford f150 with 120k.

I own 6 rentals and currently have 2 flips I am rehabbing for a total of 8. I would be interested to see the relationship between the number of posts and the number of properties people own. Thanks

I had a tenant complain and actually write me a letter stating that there "wasn't enough room by the door to her apartment to place her shoes". So...I'm I suppose to knock a wall down to increase the space for her shoes??

If they are not taking away from the core concepts I am unsure how then the public education system is getting the results that they are. See 1st link below. My overall point is that the public education system is largely indocrinated the students. I am not sure how the youtube video below is incorporating math or reading.

@Dawn Anastasi

When our school system is in a constant decline and more and more kids our not ready to enter college and our unable to read at the appropriate levels...topics like these are takign away from reading, math, etc and leaving kids not equipped to enter college or the workforce.

I've had women, men, and their kids try to push me around. Is it because I am a male?

Would Target or Walmart just  let this person take diapers off the shelf without paying? No. Both the landlord and the retail store are providing a service..and both should get compensated for it.
