@Rene Owczarski

Thanks for checking in. Unfortunately, no the seller got cold feet and didn't respond to my messages. I believe the property went to auction.

Hey guys. We have a pre foreclosure deal in AZ under contract for 120K she owes 93K. The property is supposed to go to auction in 3 days. She needs to pay the lender 11K to stop the auction. I have 11K to stop it but I am concerned that after paying the 11k there is nothing to stop the owner from backing out of the deal and breaking my contract. Is there anyway to make sure the deal goes through after I've paid that money? Any advice would be helpful.

@Maurice Smith Yeah Facebook has been finicky since we started using it. Although I use other marketing channels it is currently my main form of lead generation. I am not too familiar with Google ads but I'd love to learn more about it. Do you have any go to resources for a beginner?

@Stephen Keighery I am still having my website build so it isn't ready to have traffic sent to it. Though it is my next big priority. I ended up editing my working lead form by deleting the auto fill questions for address, city, zip and added a new short question asking for that same info. It appears to have worked.

My ads are up and running again. Thank you both for reaching out.

Hello Everyone. I am fairly new to wholesaling and started running ads on Facebook in early December 2020. Today I tired making modifications to a currently running ad and got an this error preventing me from relaunching the ad.

 "Form Violates Ad Policy: The form in this ad violates Advertising Policies that prohibit discrimination in credit, employment or housing opportunities. For example, you can't ask for street address, city, ZIP or post code, date of birth, gender, marital status, relationship status or military status. (#2446546)"

It appear as though my lead form can't ask for address or any other useful information about the customer's property. The odd thing is that I am running another ad with the same form without issue. I tried making a duplicate of the ad that is running fine but I am running into the same error. I don't have a website up yet so I can't gather that info on my site at the moment. Any advise on how to get my ads running again?

TLDR, New Facebook ads error on existing ad is preventing me from asking about the customers address and phone number. Need help to get ads back up.

Appreciate any feedback or advice. Thanks
