Hi,

I have been a member of biggerpockets.com for just a couple of weeks, I will be doing fix and flips in the phoenix area, I am currently in the process of creating my team I want to know of anyone that has flipped houses in the phoenix area and used a good GC and that is licensed. Thanks in Advance

Hi, my name is Jesus im and new to bigger pockets, my wife and I are looking into starting are venture In real estate investing. I am looking at current Real Estate Investors in Phoenix, AZ area that I can network and get advice to start. Is their anyone that is in the phoenix area? I have been reading books and just doing research on bigger pockets and looks like its a good place to start.
