Should I set up an LLC for each rental property? My partner is saying that she knows investors that do this. I was wondering if it’s really necessary. Thanks in advance!

Nacogdoches here good to see all the East Texas activity. My wife & I just purchased our first investment property in April in Nac. It’s close to SFA and rents for $1250 a month! I just made an offer on my second property last week but our real estate agent was un aware the seller had given a 10 day first right of refusal to someone so I’m waiting. My wife & I are learning as we go & I try to get on here & read & learn as much as possible. We’re just starting out but my plan is to retire at 50 by real estate investing.

Ok sounds good thanks for info! I’ll just let it cash flow for a while then make a move.

I have $23,000 in equity on this purchase & 75% of that is $17,250. So probably after closing cost & other fees I could only get about 14 to 15k out?
