I should have been more clear. We do have our securities  attorney draft the PPM but we also have to gather all the metric's, bios, pictures, local demographics, marketing material and formulate it into the PPM as well. That portion took me about 40 hours on the last 300 unit syndication we put together. i'm wondering if that sounds about normal or a bit high?

How many hours did it take you to draft your last multi family PPM? I think we have just over 40 hours in our last one not including attorney review and the 3rd party vendors time who we use to put it all together.
