I watched the BRRRR webinar and saw that Redfin and Realtor.com were used so I guess I'll stick with those. I'm going to take a look at a couple of auction websites, I hope to find someone I can connect with that has experience with foreclosures.

I have some money to invest after selling a home that I lived in and then rented out. The properties in the my area are pretty high right now. I've only been looking at properties on realtor.com and through a website/database link my realtor sent me. Are there other (better) places I can search for properties? Also, my realtor told me to stay away from foreclosures due to possible liens on the property and that they were, in most cases, more trouble then they are worth. Is this true?
