@John Mathewson I analyzed the comps and with that price point our DOM should be between 5-10 days, fingers crossed we have the same luck as others.

We're starting our first project in DC and want to know where other flippers are purchasing cabinets, granite, kitchen appliances, and etc? We feel as if the contractor mark up is something serious.
