Welcome to BP Sherri! I live in Lincoln now but used to live in Roseland, pretty close to Minden :) 

After searching on MLS for the last 6 months I've come across a few fixer uppers listed well under market value & if done right would be an awesome investment to either flip or buy & hold.

However - my question is... as a newbie with zero contract work but willingness to learn & get my hands dirty along with some money to invest would going in with an experienced investor using my capital & his knowledge /experience be a smart move? Ideally they would be trustworthy, proven track record etc - 

Two things I'm looking to gain: Experience & Equity. Thanks to everyone in advance!

How does Friday, August 14th sound? @Todd Bohling said we could use his office in Lincoln unless any other suggestions? 

Should we try to shoot for sometimes in August - Friday night or a Sunday possibly?

Looking to get the Nebraska members under one roof for a meet & greet.

Welcome to Omaha! I'm in the Lincoln market but relatively close as far as distance. A few of us have talked about a a BP meet up for Nebraska probably combining forces with Omaha & Lincoln - hope to see you there! 

Welcome to BP Logan! Are you focusing in Kearney or all over the state? It sounds like the Kearney market is doing well from what friends and family say that live in the area.
