I rehab for selling and rentals, I think sticking to the same products is always safe. This also makes it faster for the contractor because they are always familiar with the products. I wouldn't mind sharing what we use!

Purchase price: $25,000
Cash invested: $25,000

We bought a 3B/1B brick home for $25,000 put in another $25,000 to remodel and we rent it for $900/month.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Challenges of flipping a property as a rental is staying in a budget. Don't over design.
