Any referrals for contractors in South Chicago?

Hello BP,

Looking to connect with anyone involved in the South Chicago market. I have some exposure to investments in this area presently; but am looking to learn more from anyone who is also investing in these neighborhoods and hear about their experience, overall ideas on the market, etc --- look forward to connecting!

Hello BP Long Island -- 

I'm a resident on the South Shore of LI with investments and experience in some markets out-of-state; looking to connect with any active investors on Long Island to get a feel of the market locally. Specifically would love to talk further about any pockets of LI where individuals are seeing below-market opportunities that haven't completely exploded (yet) in price -- possibly anyone involved in student housing investments near some of the local universities; or even government-subsidized housing opportunities on the island.
