Hi. I am just starting out and am looking for a real estate agent to help on my journey. Do agents normally charge fees to show houses. I have a starting budget but I did not include a fee to see the houses in it. I thought they get paid when they sell a house. it seems like that can really add up and cut deep into my down payment and researves. I'm in baton rouge, louisiana

I have  credit cards owe about 600 with a limit of 2600. mortgage owe 34000 for another 15 years @ 4%. various small stuff on my credit for about 4 years totaling 600. student loan 10k

Is it better to pay off current debt before you start investing in real estate.

Hi, I am new to investing and am looking forward to learning from others. I have just gotten into the education phase and have listened to some of the podcast on you TUBE.  can anyone recommend other great places to start my education. I'm about to start reading the UBG.
