Hey guys! I've been looking at SFHs in Allentown, PA (Lehigh Valley) to flip. Does anyone have any experience doing this in this area? Any advice?

Hey guys! I’m just wondering what your process is when flipping your first home. For example if my first home is a fix and flip where do you stay in the meantime? Or if your first home is a rental condo/ rental duplex where do you stay if you want to rent out both duplexes? What has worked for you?
