I'm a new investor looking in the Asheville area for a STR cabin. Any insights into if Canton is a good location? Property is about 30 min from Asheville.

Does this apply if you are considering more rural locations? Starting to research STRs for a “mountain escape” 30 minutes outside of Asheville, NC. This would be our first investment property, so I’m a newbie.
