Looking for a PML to fund the deal .Please only respond if you are an asset based lender not looking for credit score ,I am looking to work with a lender who's criteria is based off the numbers .Thank you

Start-up funding for working capital, reserves for when I find my first investment property, for my investment property and for all the moving parts that have to be handled financially for new investors.
