Cash invested: $45,000
Sale price: $195,000

Another one we got off market, direct to seller. Sold it to investor friends, provided recourses/ recommendations, managed the project and also sold it when competed.

Owner had a debt to pay and we helped him by buying it as-is.

This one took a little longer, right at about 10 months from purchase closing to sold closing. It was a full gut / rebuild and I was unsure if I was going to hold on to it at first.
